Just like Georgia down below, we had Jordie, she was an amazing server and never let us down, she would always have all of our food and sauces delivered immediately. The food shown below was incredible and the pancakes especially, they were fluffy and similar to clouds. Jordie was a very energetic person and needs a raise. The coffee was also great, but it was buttery as my brother’s proclaimed. The bathrooms are very small though. Anyway 5 stars for an amazing meal and a great experience!

I had an absolutely fantastic breakfast at Elmer’s Kitchen in Boise! The German pancakes were a standout—perfectly fluffy, golden, and served with fresh lemon and powdered sugar that made every bite divine. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, creating a cozy, welcoming vibe that felt like home. My omelet was packed with fresh ingredients, and the portions were generous without skimping on quality. The coffee was spot-on, and the whole experience was so delightful I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Five stars for this Boise gem!

What a tasty breakfast and lunch spot! I met coworkers here and was blown away by the portions and the absolutely delicious food! The lignon berry crepes were divine and the service was spectacular! I have also returned and had their amazing strawberry pancakes as well. Such a great place with phenomenal service!

I love this place! I've been coming here for years. Our server Zabriell was amazing and spot on! Great smile, great attitude, and our food was perfect! We got the Crabacado and the Crab Benedict with my favorite the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes!

Elmer's is classic. It hasn't changed much in the 30 years that I've been going there. Quality did, good selection, professional staff. And, the pancakes don't disappoint.

I’m very surprised and impressed by Elmer’s Kitchen that a brunch diner could be in such a good form. The inside vibe is “luxury” for a diner, very tidy, clean, cozy and stylish. The service is attentive and welcoming. I went there at late lunch time so it was not very packed with people, but I heard it could be very busy for breakfast. The only thing that I think they can improve is the price, it’s about 15-20% more expensive than other brunch diners in this area.

Jordie is hands down my favorite server! She's such a kind and engaging human who clearly cares about her customers. She's sweet and attentive, and she's always gone above and beyond to provide exceptional care to me and my friends or family members when we visit Elmers. We just love her and look forward to seeing her smiling face! I am also consistently impressed by Hector, the manager, who always has a smile and kind words, each and every time we visit and who goes to great lengths to make sure that all of his customers have access to him and cqn clearly see that he cares about them and his staff members.

Found this charming diners tucked away from the city, just opposite Towne Place Suite Marriott. The moment you step in, you are welcomed by their friendly General Manager, Hector with a warm smile. He seats you quickly and takes your drink order. Unlike other places I have been in the states, their staff will quickly take your order so that you need not wait too long. Shout out to Z, who was attending to me the whole time, making sure I was alright and had my coffee refilled with her huge smile. Their portions are huge so you might consider sharing. I had their German pancake combo which comes with 2eggs and choice of meat. The pancake was larger than my head. Was delicious. The squeeze of lemon was critical, elevating the already light, pancake. German pancakes are typically more eggy than floury tasting. It was definitely a great discovery and will come back again if I had the chance.
